  I live in this area, and although you may think every fast-coffee chain is the same, the difference comes in the customer service. I've come to this Dunkin Donuts countless times over the past 8 years, and each time I go I am disappointed with not only the lack of interest or attention I receive from the staff, but also the guarantee that they get my order wrong. I've gone through the drive through and waited up to 15 minutes to get my order of one coffee; I've even had to leave the drive through lane, park out front, and enter the store in order to get my order that I placed IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. At the end of all of that, my order is never right. The times I come into the store and order at the counter I'm greeted by cold faces, and most of the time the staff seems too busy talking to each other to be bothered taking my order, and again, my order is never right.
  All in all, despite the convenience of the drive through, I would avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs. There's another, very well run DD 3 minutes further south on Route 23.

  how hard is it to make coffee?? i ask for light and sweet and it comes out like garbage. besides that i wait by the mic for 5min until someone greets me. i dont care about u being 100% proper. But damn atleast make my coffee rite
